What Makes Us Different

The Matrix Methodology Common Methodology
1. Typical Costs beyond quoted software and implementation fees:

Programming Fees for Customization: $0 (if any special programming is required, we will estimate the costs with a maximum cap)

Physician Time: $500 x 5 hours = $2,500

Staff/Manager Time: $40 x 10 hours = $400

Increased Opportunity in Year 1: Normal Practice Revenue x 5% to 10% increase

1. Typical Costs beyond quoted software and implementation fees:

Programming Fees for Customization: $150+ x 150 hours = $22,500

Physician Time: $500 x 100 hours = $50,000

Staff/Manager Time: $40 x 100 hours = $4,000

2. Software customized prior to installation. 2. Customized software after installation based on promises made by vendor.

Promises made to upgrade software after installation. Again, you will be working with a software engineer and paying $150 - $200 per hour.
8. Additional customization at no additional costs:
  • Surgery quote customized based on surgery center, anesthesia, and physician or other fees.
  • All forms programmed to be automatically completed (i.e. Surgery Consent, ABN)
  • Marketing and Reporting features customized to fit your needs.
  • Individual and Practice goals customized.
  • Storage of Patient Education materials.
  • Other customization as needed.
 
8. Many of these additional features will not be offered or, you guessed it, you will communicate your needs to a software engineer and you will pay $150 - $200 per hour.
9. Frequent product upgrades. Personal ongoing training to help you and your staff learn new features that will drive additional profit to your bottom line. 9. Infrequent product upgrades with an expectation that customers will learn on their own.
